At Cheap Doll Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your anime plushies, tapestries, and collectibles. If your item didn’t arrive in perfect condition or isn’t quite what you expected (we know how particular collectors can be about their Dragon Ball merch!), we’re here to help.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened dakimakura (body pillows) and used tapestries cannot be returned unless defective. All other plush toys and merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Our Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused with original packaging and tags
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we recommend tracking)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item (especially if damaged)
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship It Back: Send to:
