We’re quick! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: We currently don’t ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If your location isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new Tamagotchi or Sanrio plush as much as we do! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused with original packaging and tags attached
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we recommend tracking)
Important Exception:
For hygiene reasons, opened dakimakura (body pillows) and used tapestries cannot be returned unless defective. All other plush toys and merchandise must be returned in original condition.
